I can extract Sonic Mania, now I just need to rip the files and make mods.

I'm not sure how I feel about people ripping Mania... I'm not sure people would be too happy if, say, someone got into AtS/BtS and posted all the data. Especially since the game isn't even a month fresh.

I think they mentioned something about modding tools for Mania somewhere?
But at any rate, right now there are a few basic exe mods for now, nothing extreme like what gens had. It'll probably be a few weeks or a month or two until mania will be fully moddable though.
