Missing games in SAGE 2017 [Archive]?

I recently checked out the SAGE 2017 on the Wayback Machine, and noticed that it's apparently missing some games in the [Archive] section.
Does anyone know what happened to the others?
And if possible, does anyone know which games are missing there?

(Don't quote me on fact 1 as it's just a guess)
1. They are most likely missing because I'm pretty sure the Staff at the time did not have preservation in mind so most are probably stuff they found or got sent by others later.
2. Nothing happened they still exist "For the most part" or at the very least can confirm they are not "Lost Media" I pretty much have all 40 + 5 Extras archived on my PC.
3. Way too many to name.
