I need help with my engine for my fan game

I need some dev's to help me with building a new engine for my fan game of sonic. The engine is called: "Bio Saturn", and another thing for it called: "LadLab Config" also created by me (plus "LadLab is name of my team). The fan game called: "Sonic Redux".
