Astral Engine is a open source framework(aka Engine) made in GameMaker Studio inspired by the gameplay of Modern Sonic, the characters playable in this demo are Sonic and with several features at the moment.

Looks really nice, it gives me Sonic vs Darkness vibes but the controls do feel a bit slippery for my taste, also some gamepad support would be nice.

I like it a lot, it reminds me of the sonic advance and a bit of the sonic rush

It's listed as a fan game in Sage 2020, but it's called Astral Engine and even says Framework at the top. I IS CONFUSED.
